A Week of Retiring Stamps - Day 7- Goodbye to Uncharted Territory

Here is my last card for the week of retiring stamps.

It uses the beautiful sketched stamp set, Uncharted Territory. For this card, I used the lighthouse image and stamped it on Very Vanilla with Early Espresso. I added a little Soft Suede ink with a blender pen to shade the lighthouse. Then I stamped the image on a post it note, cut it out and used that as a mask to cover the lighthouse.  I used a torn post it note, sponge and Not Quite Navy ink to create the sky around the masked image. The images is matted on a piece of Early Espresso cardstock. The card base is Not Quite Navy, and I added designer paper from the Well Worn paper pack and Cajun Craze cardstock on the top. The Cajun Craze panel was embossed using one of the plates from the Backgrounds 1 Texturz Plates. I added a little strip of Not Quite Navy and wrapped it with Early Espresso Baker's Twine. The sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Wishes. This set has a greetings for a lot of different occasions, so it would be easy to change this card to something like a birthday card. It was punched out using the Decorative Label Punch. To see how to make this shape from the Decorative Label punch, see this post on my blog.
